Unfortunately the pressure became too much at the time when we refused to increase prices for too long and forced us to shut down for a small amount of time. Looking back, holding off on raising prices was probably the wrong move but we have an underlying commitment to take care of our customers no matter what by keeping prices down until absolutely necessary.
Coming back from our brief shutdown of tradechem operations, we realigned with a new mindset of streamlined operations with an improved website, products and customer support. This has allowed us to be a continued leader in trade Chem Mate pricing while also maintaining the high quality and concentrations of our products which above all is the most important element of Chem Mate.
