200L Benzalkonium Chloride (50% BKC) professional-strength quaternary ammonium concentrate in a bulk 200L drum. Made for exterior cleaning businesses, property maintenance contractors and trade users who go through a lot of product, it gives you the lowest cost per litre in our range and enough concentrate for thousands of litres of spray.

Directions of Use
- Heavy Duty Removal and Control: Dilute 1 part to 20 parts of water.
- General Purpose Removal and Control: Dilute 1 part to 25 parts of water.
- Mild Purpose Removal and Control: Dilute 1 part to 30 parts of water.
Application: Spray or brush on diluted solution (saturate porous surfaces). Apply and allow to fully dry before allowing pets and barefoot walking on the surface.
Interior Surfaces: Apply and allow to dwell on surfaces as long as possible without drying out. Sponge off excess residue.
Exterior Surfaces: Apply and leave on target surfaces, rinse excess residue and overspray down from windows and plants with fresh water. Don't apply before rain.
Some lichen and algae may take up to one week to die. Not to be used on asphalt shingles.
Application subject to material manufacturer guidelines. Compatibility testing is recommended prior to use.

- Always wear chemical-resistant gloves, safety goggles or a face shield, long sleeves and enclosed footwear when handling the concentrate.
- Decant with a drum pump or tap, never by tipping. Mix outdoors in a well-ventilated area, water first then concentrate, over a drip tray and away from drains.
- Keep a spill kit and clean water for eye rinsing on hand. Never use undiluted.
- Store the drum locked up, upright, in a bunded or contained area, out of reach of children and pets.

Safety Information

Hazards: Harmful if swallowed. Causes severe skin burns and eye damage. Very toxic to aquatic life with long lasting effects.
Precautions: Do not breathe mist, vapours or spray. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing, eye protection and face protection. Do not eat, drink or smoke when using this product. Wash thoroughly after handling. Avoid release to the environment. Keep only in original container. Store locked up.
First Aid: If swallowed, rinse mouth and do NOT induce vomiting. If on skin or hair, remove all contaminated clothing immediately and rinse skin with water. If in eyes, rinse cautiously with water for several minutes, remove contact lenses if easy to do, and continue rinsing. Immediately call the National Poisons Centre on 0800 764 766 or a doctor. In an emergency, dial 111.
Spillages: Contain the spill and absorb with inert material such as sand or earth. Collect into a labelled container for disposal. Prevent entry to drains and waterways.
Disposal: Dispose of contents and container at an authorised hazardous or special waste collection point, in accordance with local regulations.
Transport: UN 1760, Corrosive Liquid N.O.S. (contains benzyl C12-16-alkyldimethylammonium chloride), Class 8, Packing Group II, Hazchem 2X. Environmentally hazardous.
